Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

When you use Hookzie inside Whop we store:

• your Whop user ID, and your Whop username if the app requests it, so we can show you your own runs;
• the product links and any product text you submit;
• the briefs, angles, hooks and scripts generated for you, plus timing and token counts for each run;
• membership events that Whop sends us by webhook (for example when a membership starts or ends), so we can apply the right plan limits.

We do not collect your payment details; Whop handles payment. We do not use tracking pixels or advertising cookies on hookzie.com. Basic server logs (IP address, request path, timestamp) are kept by our hosting provider for a short period for security and debugging.

2. How we use it

To run the service, enforce plan limits, keep your run history available to you, fix problems and improve prompt quality. We do not sell your data and we do not use your product pages or generated content to train models.

3. Who processes it

• Anthropic processes the product content we send to generate output, under its API terms, which exclude training on API data.
• Supabase hosts our database.
• Vercel hosts the application and its logs.
• Whop provides authentication, membership and payment data.

4. Retention and deletion

Run history is kept while your membership is active so you can return to it. You can delete individual runs inside the app at any time. If you cancel and want everything removed, email us from the address on your Whop account and we will delete your runs and user record within 14 days.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email hello@hookzie.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters to you, we will note the new date at the top of this page and mention it on the Whop product page.
